1. What products does Mobleex sell?

At Mobleex, we offer a wide range of products related to technology and mobile accessories. Our product categories include:

2. Which countries do you ship to?

We currently offer shipping to the following countries:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)
  • Saudi Arabia (KSA)
  • Kuwait

3. How do I place an order?

Placing an order on Mobleex is easy:

  1. Browse through our product categories or use the search bar to find what you're looking for.
  2. Select the product you want to purchase, and click on it for more details.
  3. Choose any applicable options (size, color, etc.) and click Add to Cart.
  4. When you're ready to check out, click on the Cart icon and proceed to Checkout.
  5. Enter your shipping information, select your preferred payment method, and confirm your order.
  6. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various secure payment methods, including:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (in selected regions)

All payment transactions are securely processed using trusted payment gateways to ensure your data is safe.


5. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the delivery service provider's website.


6. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we offer shipping only to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Saudi Arabia (KSA), and Kuwait. We do not offer international shipping outside of these regions at this time.


7. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. On average, delivery can take between 3 to 7 business days. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date at checkout, and you will receive updates on your order's status.


8. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once your order has been confirmed, we process it quickly to ensure prompt delivery. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@Mobleex.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.


9. How can I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 3 days of receipt. Please ensure the product is in unused condition and in its original packaging. 10. How long will it take to get a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a notification once the refund has been processed.


11. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?

We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged or defective item. Please contact us at info@Mobleex.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Be sure to include your order number, product details, and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.


12. Do you offer warranties on your products?

Most of the products we sell come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The duration and terms of the warranty may vary depending on the product and brand. For specific warranty information, please refer to the product details on our website or contact our customer service team for assistance.


13. Can I exchange an item?

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it within 3 days and place a new order for the desired product. For more information on our return process, refer to our Return Policy.
