At Mobleex, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please review the following terms for our Return and Refund Policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return most items within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is in new and unused condition.
- The item is in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and tags.
- The product is not part of any non-returnable categories (see exceptions below).
Exceptions to Returns:
Certain products may not be eligible for return or refund, including:
- Opened or used software, digital products, or gift cards.
- Personal hygiene items (e.g., earbuds, headphones that have been opened).
- Items marked as “final sale” or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer support team at info@Mobleex.com within 3 days of receiving your product. Be sure to include your order number, product details, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Prepare the Product for Return: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and tags that came with the product.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective or received in error. Please use a trackable shipping service, as Mobleex is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined above. If the return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If you paid using a credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card. If you used a different payment method, the refund will be made accordingly.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps:
- Contact Us Immediately: Email our customer support at info@Mobleex.com within 24 hours of receiving the product, describing the issue and attaching photos of the damage or defect.
- Return or Exchange: We will arrange for a return or exchange of the defective item at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping fees.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item and place a new order. The return will be processed as per the guidelines above, and the new item will be shipped after the new order is placed.
6. Late Returns
Returns made after the 3-day return period will not be accepted. Please ensure that you initiate your return within the eligible time frame.
7. Non-Returnable Products
Some products are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Gift cards
- Opened software
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalized items
